ISC boosts rugby talent division with ISG acquisition
England rugby stars including Joe Cokanasiga and Jordan Olowofela are some of the ISC Athlete Management division's new signings following the acquisition of Independent Sports Group (ISG) .
“We're excited to welcome Billy Clark and the outstanding ISG talent he represents into the ISC family. Our philosophy of working with a small group of high profile clients and providing the highest quality of service is aligned to Billy’s vision and will allow us to further grow without veering from our core values and culture.”
ISC Managing Director Nick Robinson
The acquisition provides ISC with significant growth in the company’s rugby talent division.
“ISC have a great reputation for the way they support and manage their players, so I’m excited to join the ISC team.” Joe Cokanasiga
In addition to the rugby division, ISC manages the careers of sports talent including Olympic weightlifter Zoe Smith as well as footballers such as Jamal Blackman (Chelsea) and Neeskens Kebano (Fulham), and have negotiated record breaking transfers such as Sofiane Boufal (Lille to Southampton) and Famara Diedhiou (Angers to Bristol City).
“I'm delighted to be joining up with ISC. They have an established reputation for exceptional client management across a range of sports as well as brokering some of the highest profile transfers in rugby and football over recent years. The link-up with ISC will allow us to offer market leading commercial support for our growing client list as they make further strides in international rugby.” Billy Clark
The acquisition adds to a busy summer for ISC who negotiated fly-half Billy Burns’ move from Gloucester to Ulster and Samu Manoa’s move from Toulon to Cardiff Blues, as well as Jamal Blackman’s loan move from Chelsea to Leeds United.
